My role is simple:

I solve problems by creating content that converts and systems that work.

I provide high-quality content to meet your marketing and operational needs. Whether your goal is to attract more clients, save time in your business, or elevate your client experience, I’m the expert that you should call on.

So what exactly do you do, CJ?

I create templates, printables, and workflows that help service-based entrepreneurs level up in their business. Think of me as the secret weapon to create an unforgettable client experience.

Content creation has been my jam since 2004 when I took my first job as a Staff Writer at the Sanibel Island Reporter. I went on to receive my bachelor’s degree in Communication & Journalism, and my master’s degree in Marketing. I'm also the Head of Employee Experience at a tech company.

About Hey Southern Belle

Hey Southern Belle is a movement to connect with entrepreneurs, creatives, artists, and service providers through our shared passion of helping others.
We’re dismissing the old narrative of a Southern Belle being quiet in a room because we have a lot to say and we can say it with power and grace. #weallwin

Here, we love to celebrate Black culture, southern cuisine, brunch, thriving businesses, and bottomless Bellinis. It’s Southern charm with a “bless your heart” on the tip of its tongue.

Picture you and your best friends sitting at brunch on a warm Saturday morning. The vibe, the conversations, the laughter, and the bottomless drinks.

That’s what Hey Southern Belle: The Business Suite feels like. Brunch in an online shop.

About the founder

Hey, y'all! I'm Caroline, but you can call me CJ.

I was born and raised in a small town in Michigan, but I knew at an early age that Atlanta would be the city I call home. I love sports, traveling the world, Motown music, TV shows with a strong female lead, and brunch. Everything about brunch.
I’m the wife to the finest man on this planet, and the mother of an angel. I have some really dope parents too. Together, they make my life so much better. I used to be #TeamOnlyChild but I have a bonus sister-in-love now and she’s AH-MAZE-ING.

All things working together for good

The money earned from this shop will fund multiple projects with Parents of an Angel, a comforting community for grieving parents. These projects include:
- An online boutique for bereaved parents
- A brand new podcast geared toward grief, mental health, & healing
- Monthly donations to organizations and hospitals that support bereaved parents
My husband and I lost our son during my 39th week of pregnancy. Shortly after our loss, I created Parents of an Angel to give other moms (and dads) the resources, support, and community that I couldn't find after my son died.
When you shop Hey Southern Belle, you're supporting the 1 in 4 women who experience a pregnancy loss.
Hey Southern Belle is based in Suwanee, Georgia and ships within the US and Canada.
